Man Accused of Video Voyeurism in TRON Line at Magic Kingdom

🚨 A 21-year-old Orlando man is facing a felony video voyeurism charge after an alleged incident in the TRON line at Magic Kingdom. Disney Security later located a man matching the description, according to affidavit details reported by News 6.

A 21-year-old Orlando man is facing a felony charge after he was accused of secretly recording under a woman’s skirt while she waited in line for TRON Lightcycle / Run at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom.

The case involves Ryan Yassine Boufakeer, who is listed in public case information on one count of Video Voyeurism, Florida Statute 810.145(2)(C), a third-degree felony.

The offense date is listed as May 26, 2026.

Boufakeer is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.

Allegation Reported in the TRON Queue

According to News 6, which reported from an arrest affidavit it obtained, the incident happened Tuesday night between approximately 7:05 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. while the victim was waiting in the TRON ride line at Magic Kingdom.

The victim told deputies she heard noises behind her, turned around, and saw Boufakeer crouched on his hands and knees while holding a black iPhone with the camera angled upward toward her skirt, according to the affidavit details reported by News 6.

The victim confronted Boufakeer and demanded that he delete the video. News 6 reported that Boufakeer showed her what appeared to be a deletion, but the victim told deputies she could not confirm whether he deleted the recording of her or a different video.

Disney Security Later Located a Man Matching the Description

According to News 6’s reporting from the affidavit, Disney Security later spotted a man matching the victim’s description on property.

Boufakeer was detained and brought to a security office, where Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies became involved. Deputies read him his Miranda rights, and he agreed to speak with investigators, according to the reported affidavit.

News 6 reported that Boufakeer told deputies he was a chaperone for students with South Creek Chorus.

When asked about “recording a lady,” Boufakeer allegedly told deputies he had crouched near an outlet to charge his phone and started recording while in that position.

According to the affidavit details reported by News 6, Boufakeer described the video as approximately 15 seconds long and told deputies he intended to keep it for sexual gratification.

When deputies asked whether there were additional concerning images or videos on his phone, Boufakeer declined to answer without an attorney present, according to the reported affidavit.

Public Case Information Lists Felony Charge

Public case information located by WDWActiveCrime lists the charge as:

Video Voyeurism
Florida Statute: 810.145(2)(C)
Degree: Third-degree felony
Agency: Orange County Sheriff’s Office
Control Number: 26030679
Booking Number: 26018543
Name Listed: Boufakeer, Ryan Yassine
Age: 21
Residence: Orlando, Florida

The public record lists the offense date as May 26, 2026.

Disney Security’s Role in the Response

This case also highlights the role Disney Security can play after a serious guest complaint is made on property.

In this case, according to the affidavit details reported by News 6, Disney Security located a man matching the victim’s description and brought him to a security office before deputies continued the criminal investigation.

That timeline shows how a guest report inside a theme park queue can move from an initial complaint to an internal security response and then to law enforcement involvement.

The allegation is especially concerning because it reportedly happened inside the queue for one of Magic Kingdom’s most popular attractions, where guests are often standing close together for extended periods of time.

Records Timing Raises a Public Access Question

The timing of the public records is also notable.

The public case information lists the offense date as May 26, 2026, with a May 27, 2026, 11:56 a.m. release or posting timestamp connected to the case information.

Still, News 6 reported on May 27, 2026 at 5:18 PM details from an arrest affidavit before the case was visible through some standard public-facing records channels. As of this writing, the case still does not appear through at least one public records system checked by WDWActiveCrime.

That does not prove anything improper occurred. Larger local newsrooms may have faster access through court, jail, or law-enforcement media workflows. But the case highlights a practical records-access gap: information can be public in theory while still becoming easier for some outlets to obtain before smaller publishers or the general public can locate it through standard search tools.

Case Will Continue Through Court

Boufakeer faces one count of video voyeurism as a third-degree felony under Florida law.

The case remains pending, and the allegations have not been proven in court.

WDWActiveCrime will continue monitoring the case as additional public records become available.
