Update: Arrest at Disney Springs (11/23) Disney Springs Guest Bypasses Security, Resists Removal .... Despite Being Trespassed the Day Before. Deputies say she appeared drunk at 10:48 AM.
On November 23, 2025, an off-duty Orange County deputy working security at Disney Springs encountered a repeat trespassing situation that escalated into physical resistance. According to the report, Disney security notified the deputy about an adult female, identified in the narrative as Savanna, who reportedly refused to stop for security and bypassed the required screening procedures upon entering the property.
Security requested law enforcement assistance due to her behavior and because she had allegedly ignored multiple attempts to speak with her. When the deputy contacted her, Savanna was described as uncooperative and appearing to be under the influence of alcohol.
Security staff informed the deputy that she had already been trespassed from Disney Springs the previous day, November 22, under Orange County case 25-067184.
The deputy advised Savanna she needed to leave the premises. Instead, she allegedly refused to do so willingly and began physically resisting by pulling her arms away. The deputy states he had to escort her to the ground to safely secure her.
There were no further incidents after she was handcuffed. Because she had already been trespassed the day before, Disney Springs security advised they wished to prosecute for trespassing after warning. The deputy issued her a new written trespass warning, and a photograph of the previous warning will be added to the case file.
The deputy’s body-worn camera was activated throughout the encounter, and evidence will be uploaded in accordance with agency policy. No further action was taken by the responding deputy at the scene.
