Flamingo Crossings Sees More Underage Drinking Arrests Involving Disney College Program Cast Members

🚨 Underage drinking arrests continue near Disney College Program housing at Flamingo Crossings Town Center.

Two Disney College Program cast members were arrested by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office this week for allegedly possessing alcohol while under the age of 21 at Flamingo Crossings Town Center, which is an area directly across the street from Disney’s Flamingo Crossings Village housing complex.

According to arrest reports, both incidents occurred outside or near the “Simply Capri” restaurant located at 114 Ruby Red Place in Winter Garden, an entertainment and dining area frequently visited by Disney College Program participants living nearby.

Deputies say the first arrest occurred on May 18, 2026, at approximately 10:40 p.m. when Deputy De Zayas observed 20-year-old Izabella allegedly sipping from a “Buzz Ball” alcoholic beverage. According to the report, She attempted to hide behind a friend when approached by deputies before initially claiming she was only holding the drink for someone else.

The report states she later admitted she “did not know it was illegal to drink under the age of 21.” During a search incident to arrest, deputies reportedly located two mini bottles of Fireball whiskey inside her purse. She allegedly told deputies she “found them and decided to keep them.”

A second arrest happened just hours later on May 19, 2026, around 1:15 a.m., when Deputy De Zayas reportedly observed 18-year-old Tatianna drinking from a clear cup allegedly associated with alcoholic beverage sales from the establishment.

According to the report, Tatianna attempted to hand the drink to a friend and leave the area after noticing law enforcement. Deputies state she initially claimed she was only holding the beverage for another person before later admitting she was “not old enough” to legally possess alcohol.

Both individuals were arrested under Florida Statute 562.111 for possession of alcohol by a person under 21.

The New DCP Underage Drinking Spot?

The arrests highlight an issue that has surfaced multiple times around Flamingo Crossings Town Center, where Orange County deputies have previously conducted enforcement activity involving underage Disney College Program participants. The shopping and dining complex sits directly across from Flamingo Crossings Village, the large housing community used by thousands of Disney College Program cast members.

While underage drinking arrests are not uncommon in college-focused areas, the proximity of Flamingo Crossings Village and the large concentration of young Disney cast members has made the area a recurring location for enforcement activity involving alcohol-related violations.

No additional charges were listed in either arrest report.
