Incident Summary – Battery (Domestic Violence) – Disney’s Magic Kingdom Area
On November 15, 2025, at approximately 10:57 PM, deputies responded to a disturbance at 1375 Monorail Way, Bay Lake, FL, involving two adult biological sisters. According to interviews at the scene, the family had been visiting Disney’s Magic Kingdom earlier that evening when they reportedly became lost while attempting to locate an attraction.
During this time, an argument allegedly escalated between the sisters, eventually resulting in a physical confrontation. Statements provided indicated that one sister became increasingly upset, which led to pushing and hitting.
A witness reported that both individuals fell to the ground during the struggle.
Security personnel separated the parties until law enforcement arrived. One individual appeared to have a visible bump near her left eye, but medical attention was declined.
Based on statements, observations, and evidence, deputies identified one sister as the primary aggressor. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Booking and Release Center on a charge of Battery (Domestic Violence). At the time of reporting, the alleged victim chose not to pursue further legal action.
