BAY LAKE, Fla. — Orange County deputies made multiple arrests across Walt Disney World property on April 30, including a trespass violation inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom and two underage drinking cases tied to Flamingo Crossings Town Center.
Trespass After Warning at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Deputies responded to Disney’s Animal Kingdom after security identified a previously trespassed individual back on property.
According to the report, Disney Security observed the subject inside the park despite a prior trespass warning issued in April 2025. A security manager confirmed the individual had not been granted permission to return and requested law enforcement action.
When questioned, the subject reportedly acknowledged remembering the original trespass but claimed he believed it expired after one year.
That assumption was incorrect.
Under Florida law and Disney’s enforcement policies, trespass warnings remain in effect unless formally lifted. The individual was arrested on scene and issued a new trespass warning before being transported to the Orange County Jail.
Underage Drinking Arrests at Flamingo Crossings Town Center
Just hours earlier, deputies patrolling Flamingo Crossings Town Center encountered a group of young individuals in a parking lot with open alcoholic beverages.
When law enforcement approached, multiple individuals attempted to walk away before complying with commands to stop.
Two 19-year-olds were ultimately arrested after admitting they were under 21 and in possession of alcohol. Deputies observed open containers identified as High Noon vodka seltzers, a common canned alcoholic beverage.
One of the individuals reportedly attempted to quickly consume the drink upon noticing deputies and admitted he knew the possession was illegal.
Both were charged under Florida Statute 562.111 for possession of alcohol by a person under 21.
Flamingo Crossings Continues to Be a Recurring Location
Flamingo Crossings, which houses many Disney College Program participants, has increasingly appeared in law enforcement activity tied to underage drinking, disturbances, and other quality-of-life issues.
While these incidents are typically minor in nature, they continue to draw attention due to the density of young residents and proximity to Disney property.
