Removed from a Disney BoardWalk Inn Atlantic Dance hall for disorderly behavior, a woman was later arrested at a Hotel Plaza Boulevard Hilton after battering a deputy and resisting arrest, according to OCSO.
What Happened
An early morning arrest near Walt Disney World on January 5, 2026, followed a series of disorderly incidents that began on Disney property and ultimately ended at a nearby Hotel Plaza Boulevard resort.
According to the arrest report, Lindsay was first involved in an incident at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Resort, where she was removed from a BoardWalk Inn Atlantic Dance Hall due to disorderly behavior and heavy intoxication. Disney staff requested that she leave the venue, and while waiting for transportation, her behavior escalated further.
Deputies were called to the BoardWalk Inn Atlantic Dance Hall area with the intent to trespass Lindsey from Disney property. However, before law enforcement arrived, her taxi, arranged through Walt Disney World transportation services, arrived, and she departed the area. As a result, no Disney trespass was issued at that time.

Incident Continues at Hotel Plaza Boulevard
Lindsay was transported by taxi to Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, located along Hotel Plaza Boulevard, an area immediately adjacent to Disney Springs but not owned or operated by Disney.
Upon arrival, hotel staff reported that Lindsay immediately became belligerent and disorderly in the lobby. Despite being instructed by security to return to her room, she repeatedly came back into public areas. After multiple disturbances, hotel management requested Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies respond to evict and trespass her from the property.

Deputy Battery and Arrest
When deputies arrived at Lindsay’s hotel room to complete the trespass process, a uniformed Orange County deputy was filling out a trespass warning form while holding Lindsay’s driver’s license.
According to the report, Lindsay suddenly approached the deputy and grabbed at the license, striking and making unwanted contact with the deputy’s hand in the process. While no injury occurred, the deputy determined the contact met the legal standard for battery.
Because the deputy was clearly identifiable and actively performing lawful duties, the charge was elevated to battery on a law enforcement officer, a felony offense.
When informed she was under arrest, Lindsay refused to comply, pulled her arms away, and physically resisted deputies’ efforts to handcuff her. Additional deputies were required to assist. She later refused to stand and had to be physically escorted from the room before eventually complying in the hallway.
Allan was formally trespassed from the Hilton by hotel management and transported to the Orange County Booking and Receiving Center.
Charges Filed
- Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer (Felony)
- Resisting an Officer Without Violence (Misdemeanor)
No injuries were reported by deputies during the incident.
Why This Matters
This case highlights how incidents that begin on Disney property can quickly escalate off-property, particularly when guests are removed from venues due to intoxication or disorderly conduct. While Disney security often resolves issues internally, behavior that continues beyond Disney-controlled areas frequently results in law enforcement involvement and arrest.
