Three Separate Arrests Reported at Walt Disney World Locations in Recent Orange County Cases

🚨 Three separate arrests at Disney World locations Recent Orange County records detail: 👮 Domestic violence battery at EPCOT 🛍️ Retail theft at Disney Springs 🚫 Trespass after warning at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort

Recent Orange County arrest records detail three separate cases connected to Walt Disney World locations in late May 2026.

The cases appear unrelated, but each ended with an arrest after deputies responded to Disney-area locations. The reports include a domestic violence battery case near EPCOT, a retail theft arrest at Disney Springs, and a trespass after warning arrest at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort.

As always, an arrest is not a conviction. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

Domestic Violence Battery Arrest Reported at EPCOT

One of the cases happened on May 31, 2026, at approximately 8:58 p.m. at EPCOT.

According to the arrest report, deputies responded in reference to a battery that was later determined to be a domestic violence battery. The report states that a couple had been in a dating relationship for approximately two and a half years.

Deputies reported observing a swollen left eye with blood around the area. The report states that Gordillo initially told a deputy that Sirota punched her in the face during an argument. According to the report, she later changed her statement and said he slapped her once, but deputies noted that the revised account appeared inconsistent with her injuries.

The report states that Gordillo refused to complete domestic violence paperwork or provide a written statement. She was transported to Dr. Phillips Hospital by fire rescue.

A witness, told deputies she was walking toward the rideshare pickup area when she saw the couple arguing. According to the report, she heard the male tell the victim, “Get the fuck away from me before I beat the shit out of you.” Shethen reported hearing a thud and seeing the victim on the ground holding her face.

The witness told deputies she was willing to testify in court.

Deputies attempted to speak with subject, but the report states he refused to speak. Deputies also noted a strong odor of alcohol.

He was arrested on scene and transported without incident.

Retail Theft Arrest Reported at Disney Springs

A second arrest happened on May 26, 2026, at approximately 2:04 p.m. at 1486 East Buena Vista Drive in Lake Buena Vista, an address associated with Disney Springs.

According to the arrest report, deputies responded to Disney Springs in reference to a petit theft. The report states that off-duty deputies working inside Disney Springs notified the responding deputy that a female was in custody at a storefront office.

The defendant, was accused of taking merchandise, concealing items, bypassing all points of sale, and leaving without paying.

The report states the case was later confirmed as petit theft retail / shoplifting under Florida Statute 812.015(1).

Listed business victims in the report included Sunglass Hut, World of Disney, Lululemon, and Sephora, all located in the Disney Springs area.

She was arrested and transported to the Orange County Booking and Release Center without incident. The report also states body-worn camera footage exists for the investigation.

Trespass After Warning Arrest at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort

The third case occurred on May 26, 2026, shortly after midnight at 2100 EPCOT Resorts Boulevard in Bay Lake, the address for Disney’s BoardWalk Resort.

According to the arrest report, Deputy Evans responded at approximately 12:10 a.m. for a trespass after warning call.

The defendant, had allegedly been trespassed from the property the previous evening. The report states that Disney supervisors advised deputies that she had claimed her dog was a weapon.

When deputies made contact with her, the report states she acknowledged she knew she had been trespassed earlier. She reportedly told deputies she returned to the resort because Disney was a “safe place.”

The report states the dog was placed in the back of a patrol vehicle due to its aggressive nature so Fire Rescue could evaluate the subject. Fire Rescue later cleared her medically after she reported feeling as though her heart rate was elevated.

Animal Services picked up the dog, and the subject was advised how to contact them to retrieve the animal.

A Disney Security Supervisor identified in the report, advised that Disney wished to press charges for trespass after warning. Disney also provided deputies with the original trespass paperwork showing that Nieblas had been trespassed on May 25, 2026.

Deputies found probable cause for Trespass After Warning under Florida Statute 810.08. The subject was arrested and transported to the Booking and Release Center without incident.

Different Cases, Same Disney-Area Enforcement Pattern

The three arrests do not appear to be connected. They involved different locations, different circumstances, and different types of alleged offenses.

However, the reports show how a wide range of incidents can lead to arrests across Walt Disney World property, from domestic violence investigations and retail theft cases to trespass enforcement at resort hotels.

The trespass case also highlights a process WDWActiveCrime has covered before: Disney can issue trespass paperwork, document the warning, and later provide that paperwork to law enforcement if the person returns to property. In this case, the report states Disney supervisors supplied the original trespass paperwork, and Disney security advised deputies that the company wished to pursue charges.

At Disney Springs, the theft case also shows the role of on-property security and off-duty law enforcement. According to the report, off-duty deputies working inside Disney Springs had already been notified of the suspect before the arrest was made.

WDWActiveCrime will continue reviewing public records related to law-enforcement activity in the Walt Disney World area.

An arrest is not a conviction. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
